Dry Bees AIO Hybrid Diaper Review and Giveaway

Padded Tush Stats was given the opportunity to review the Dry Bees All in One Diaper. After numerous calls for survey responses on social networking sites, blogs, and cloth diapering community forums, we received 23 survey responses from people giving feedback on this diaper.

In the survey, respondents are broken down by the kinds of diapering issues their babies face. Before we look at the results of the survey, I wanted to provide some basic information on the diaper. You can also see this in the video found below.

The Dry Bees Diaper is an All in One Hybrid. This means that you have the primary option of it serving as an all in one, but you can also stuff the all in one pocket for extra absorbency. The top is stay dry suedecloth so the baby doesn’t feel a wet diaper and underneath the stay dry layer is three layers of microfiber.

Main Findings: This diaper received RAVE reviews on being a diaper ideal for cloth diapering skeptics (100%!!!). I second that notion...my husband is on diaper duty for our oldest since we now have a newborn. He mentioned to me, with great enthusiasm, that the Dry Bees are a no-fail diaper. He says it is easy to put on and doesn’t leak.

Comments from Survey Respondents
“If I double stuff, it is definitely a nighttime diaper”
“I like stuffing with prefolds, the microfiber holds stink bad with our water, even rockin green wont help. I also like the velour better than the suedecloth for the same reasons.”
“I found adding a hemp or all bamboo stuffing was best with this diaper as it already had the microfiber built in.”
“I loved these diapers, and would use them again and again.  I recommend them to all of my friends.”
“When moving the diaper from the washer machine to the dryer, turn it inside out for quicker drying.”
“Hemp Insert inside is what I found helpful for night time!

  1. Thanks for the giveaway. I only clearly remembered filling out the Green Line survey, but I'm pretty sure there has been another one or two. Perhaps you need a public Google Doc to let forgetful moms such as me check. Lol.
